Review by Missy: My system is running slow and acting "funny" I have tried to get the automatic updates for Windows when prompted but it says unable to install. I think it is my fault I was going into drives I shouldn't have and I think I may have uninstalled somthing I should't have. I can't find the discs to put in. HELP! (4/5 - 4-Oct-2008)

Review by dldheilly@yahoo.com: I got the Blue Screen of Death and found this advertised as a solution. The download and install were easy, unfortunately it wiped a lot of stuff I use (my setting changed in IE, for example). I could deal with that if it fixed the problem. Instead BSOD has visited more often than before so I tried to restore and it would not let me... OK, hopefully, the increase in BSOD would have happened anyway, but I wanted a refund. This is why I am writing. They throw insurmountable obstacles in front of the "member" who wishes to cancel. This Is Very Bad = Awful Rating (1/5 - 9-Feb-2007)
